Cultural Diversity & Interculturality
I work with charities, schools and universities, public administrations and companies for the integration and good management of cultural diversity within them and in the society in which they operate

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
I have more than fifteen years working experience within multicultural and intercultural environments, both at European and international level, with a university master's degree in Immigration and Interculturality (where I am currently teaching), with another in Social and Cultural Anthropology and with various diplomas in Mediation and in Intercultural Communication.
When it comes to working specifically with companies, I have a bachelor's and master's degree in Economics and Business Management (Specialized in Human Resources) and I have more than ten years of working experience as a director and management director.
When it comes to working with schools, I also have a Social Education bachelor`s degree
I have also worked six years with ethnic minorities, two of them within the Irish Traveler Community in Dublin (2004-2006), and another four with refugees in London (2016-2020).
Gender Equality
I work with social organizations, educational centers, public administrations and companies for gender equality.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
I have been more than ten years participating in the feminist movement, both theoretically and practically, and collaborating with organizations that work in this field.
Since 2006 I have been collaborating with women's empowerment programs in various countries around the world (see below), and for four years (2012-2016), I was a member of the Gender Equality Working Group of the State Council of Social Action NGOs, in Spain.
In addition to GlobalEquitas, I teach at PeriFéricas School (www.perifericas.es) and at the Master's Degree in Immigration and Interculturality at the University of Castilla-La Mancha, where I teach the Gender and Migrations module.
I have followed various training programs on gender equality, both in Spain and in the UK, such as Gender Equality Trainer; Equality Actions Plans Practitioner; Anthropology of Gender and Decolonial Feminisms.
Women`s empowerment support
More than 10 years supporting women's empowerment programmes in countries as different as Ireland, Bolivia, Guatemala, India, Nepal or the United Kingdom, and in different situations of vulnerability such as the fact of belonging to a minority ethnic group such as the Gypsy community, being immigrants or refugees, or victims of gender violence, among others.
